  1. Grapefruit: A personal favorite of mine, this bitter sweet fruit has loads of weight loss properties! Enzymes found in this fruit help your body break down sugar, helping to boost your metabolism and ­drop those pounds. It also decreases your appetite, resulting in eating less. Ingest half a grapefruit before each meal, or drink half a cup of its juice to gain maximum results! This amazing fruit also does wonders to achieve glowing skin.

  1. Berries: Loaded with fiber, and antioxidants, these tangy sweet treats target abdominal fat! Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are packed with pectin, a type of fiber that promotes a feeling of fullness, therefor resulting in eating less!
